Summary: The Board of Education is asked to approve the National Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Participation Agreement between Buy Board and Pueblo School District No. 60. The purpose of the agreement is to relieve the burdens of the governmental purchasing function, and to realize potential economics of scale, including administrative cost savings, for Cooperative Members.
