The Board of Education is asked to approve the Professional Services--Architectural/Engineering Services Agreement between HGF Architects, Inc. and Pueblo School District No. 60 in the amount of $147,629 for the demolition of Roncalli School Building. The term of the Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024.

The project will be funded from Capital Bond Funds.

The Board of Education is asked to approved the Architectural/Engineering Services Agreement in the amount of $147,629 as presented in the June 27, 2024 Board materials.
