The Board of Education is asked to accept the preliminary allocation of federal funding received from the Colorado Department of Education in the amount of $3,640,025 for IDEA Part B and $84,540 for IDEA Preschool for FY24-25. The funds provide resources and services to students whose Individual Education Plan (IEP) requires expense above and beyond the base student allocation. The grant period runs from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The amounts are $69,070 and $19,494 respectively, less than the previous year. |
